What is Klovr Rise's refund policy? ▼
If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, email
billing@klovr.app and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription? ▼
Sign in → Dashboard → Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
My analysis failed or gave a strange result — what should I do? ▼
Make sure your resume is a text-based PDF (not a scanned image). Try re-exporting from Word or Google Docs. If it still fails, email
hello@klovr.app with your resume attached and we'll look into it.
I paid but my account still shows as Free — what now? ▼
Try refreshing the page and signing out then back in. If it still shows Free after a few minutes, email
billing@klovr.app with your payment confirmation and we'll sort it manually within a few hours.
Is my resume data safe? ▼
Your resume is processed in memory and deleted immediately after analysis. We never store the file itself. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and we never use your resume content to train AI models. See our
