These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Klovr Rise, operated by Klovr ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Klovr Rise, you agree to these Terms.
Klovr Rise provides AI-powered resume analysis, ATS scoring, and career optimisation tools. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by job seekers.
You may use the free tier without creating an account. To save analyses, access Pro features, or manage a subscription, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Klovr Rise offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro subscription with full access. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You retain ownership of any resume content, job descriptions, or other data you upload. We process your content only to provide the service. Resume content is processed in memory and not stored after analysis unless you explicitly save it. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The analysis outputs, keyword suggestions, and rewritten text generated by Klovr Rise are produced by AI. You are responsible for reviewing all suggestions before using them in job applications. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the service.
The Klovr Rise platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Klovr. The analysis outputs generated for your resume belong to you. You may use them freely for your job search.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the analysis will result in any specific outcome. AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the analysis provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klovr Rise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@klovr.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data about how visitors interact with our website and application. This helps us understand user behaviour, improve the service, and measure the effectiveness of our features.
By using Klovr Rise, you acknowledge that we have the necessary privacy disclosures and rights to collect and process your usage data, including the association of such data with visitation information Google Analytics collects from our site and/or app property.
Google Analytics may collect data such as pages visited, session duration, device type, and general location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
