These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Klovr Rise resume optimizer ("Service"), provided by Klovr ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Klovr Rise, you agree to these Terms.
Klovr Rise is an AI-powered resume analysis tool that helps job seekers optimize their resumes for ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software. The Service provides scores, keyword analysis, rewrite suggestions, and profile optimization tips based on the resume and job description you provide.
The Service is a tool, not a guarantee. While we work hard to provide accurate and helpful analysis, we cannot guarantee job placement, interview callbacks, or any specific career outcome.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Klovr Rise. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Free plan: Available to all users at no cost. Includes ATS score, keyword analysis, and 2 rewrite suggestions per analysis.
Pro plan: Paid subscription (monthly or yearly) that unlocks all 5 suggestions, Naukri profile tips, LinkedIn optimizer, and priority action checklist. Founding Member pricing is locked at ₹249/month for the first 100 subscribers.
Subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers who are unsatisfied with the Pro features. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of your first charge.
After 7 days, payments are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
You retain full ownership of any resume content, job descriptions, or other text you upload or paste into Klovr Rise. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis to you.
We do not use your resume content or job descriptions to train AI models, share it with third parties, or use it for any purpose other than providing the Service.
You may not use Klovr Rise to:
The Klovr Rise name, logo, design, and all software are owned by Klovr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of Klovr Rise without our written permission.
The analysis outputs generated for your resume belong to you. You may use them freely for your job search.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the analysis will result in any specific outcome.
AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the analysis provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klovr Rise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
